One of the more unusual photographs I've taken in Europe is this strange shot in Etretat Garden on the Coast of France in Normandy. It is a cliff-top experimental garden referred to as 'Neo-futuristic', and the art sculptures intermingled with the manicured and fanciful shapes of the plants makes for intriguing images. I'm looking forward to visiting this garden again when I lead another photo tour here starting April 4. For this picture, I used a 24-105mm lens set to 32mm, and the settings were 1/160, f/22, and 1250 ISO. I had to use a small lens aperture for complete depth of field because if any part of this scene were even a little soft, it wouldn't have worked at all. Alternatively, I could have used focus stacking to insure sharpness throughout.
