One of my favorite pictures from Bali, Indonesia is this shot of two dancers posing at the bottom of a dragon staircase in a Hindu temple built in the jungle. It's a magical place -- it's straight out of an Indiana Jones movie. My photo tour group and I started shooting early in the morning to minimize the problem of other tourists walking up and down the stairs behind the girls. I positioned them to perfectly underscore the symmetry in the composition, and I was very happy with the overcast sky and the diffused light it produced. This is one of the model shoots I arrange every time I conduct a tour to Bali. I used a 24-105mm lens, and the settings were 1/40, f/4.5, and 800 ISO. You can get away with a slower shutter speed when using a wide angle lens.
