Here is another shot from Ethiopia. We were driving along on a road in the middle of nowhere, and these kids suddenly appeared displaying their incredible skill on stilts. We had to stop, obviously, and it was a great experience. I'd photographed them a few years earlier in mid-day sunlight, but this time it was about 9am. The light was much better, and I asked the kids if they would pose on the top of the hill next to the road. That gave us a clean background. I estimate the smallest boy on the far right to be about 5 years old. Like the older boys, he walked down into the ditch next to the road and then up the hill on stilts. It was amazing. These boys are in the Bannah tribe. My settings were 1/500, f/11, and 250 ISO, and I took the shot with a 16-35mm wide angle lens.
