I posted this image 5 years ago showing my Great Pyrenees, Princey, making friends with a deer fawn we raised that my wife named Norman. It's my favorite picture of him. I'm posting it again because Princey passed away very early this morning at 12 years old. My vet said she's never seen a domestic Pyrenees (as opposed to a working dog) live this long, so I'm grateful for the extra time I've had with this gentle and loving dog. He was a big part of my family, and he will be terribly missed.

Barbara Vickers - Dear Jim and Mrs. Zuckerman. I send my deepest sympathies for your loss of Princey. I am sure he was as wonderful a dog as he looked in his pictures. May all love surround him. Barbara

Rosemary Sheel - It's a beautiful picture. I know you will miss Princey. Every time you showed a photo of him and wrote about him, it was obvious how much you loved him. I will miss him, too!
