These are two leg-rower fishermen on Inle Lake in Burma photographed from above. The only way to get this perspective was to set this scene up below an elevated bamboo walkway at one of the lodges that service the lake. It was about 85 degrees this late afternoon, and I was amused when I asked the two men, through my local guide, to take off their western-style t-shirts, they were concerned that would catch a cold. They are so accustomed to hot weather that even 85 seemed chilly to them. But, they did it for my photo tour group and, in my opinion, that made the shot. I took this with a 24-105mm lens, and the settings were 1/640, f/5.0, and 1250 ISO.
