I took this picture in an unusually decorated hotel in Tallinn, Estonia. I thought I'd have some fun with it in keeping with the unlikely colors and design, so using Filter > liquify, I distorted the various parts of the image until I went from the unusual to the surreal. If you like off-the-wall images, try using this native filter in Photoshop. Once you choose the pull down menu command, you will see a few tools in the upper left corner of the dialog box. Explaining what they do with words won't really give you a good visual image, so you just have to experiment with them. If you make a mess of things, just hit the restore all button and you go back to the original image.
