With AI technology, the sky is really the limit. Which is to say, there is no limit. Don’t let the limitations of photography (i.e. carrying a lot of heavy lenses, depth of field, contrast, exposure, arranging models, the cost of travel, waiting for the best light, etc.) get in your way when creating AI imagery. In addition, don’t let reality inhibit your thinking. Fantasy opens the door to anything and everything. For example, this image (which completely blew me away!) isn’t something you could photograph. It’s entirely based on Egyptian mythology. I went online to find out which Egyptian gods were romantically involved, and it turns out Isis and Osiris were 'an item'. Therefore, the prompts I used for this image were: “Egyptian gods Isis and Osiris in a romantic embrace, wearing gold that’s highly reflective, Egyptian temple background, complete depth of field, f/32, foreground sharp, background sharp, colorful adornment, photo realistic, holographic lighting, super sharp, hyper detailed -–ar 2:3”. Notice I repeated my DOF instructions in different ways because sometimes the software ignores this command, and I wanted to communicate in no uncertain terms that I wanted all the details to be sharp. Also, the last instruction [ --ar 2:3] tells the Midjourney software that I want a vertical, rectangular picture. Without this code, the resulting images are square. 3:2 would mean a horizontal picture.
This remarkable method of creating artistic images is too good to keep to myself, so I will be teaching a course based on Midjourney starting June 10. If you might be interested, here is a direct to register: https://www.jimzuckerman.com/online-ai-training
