I revisited an old composite I did in the 90s and used recent components to make it more modern. I originally photographed the model standing on a box to increase her height. That's why she appears so tall. The mountains are from Torres del Paine National Park in Chile (the western part of Patagonia), and the snowy owl is from one of my winter workshops in Canada. The owl was landing on a fence post. Due to low light, I had to use 12,800 ISO to freeze the bird's motion with a shutter speed of 1/3200, but Neat Image software removed the noise. I added the storm clouds, and the 'water' comes from Flood 2 -- an updated version of Flood made by flamingpear.com. Once you know how to make precise selections in Photoshop, the sky is the limit with creative photography.

Bryan - FYI, for some reason, your second snake entry, on May 9th, doesn't appear on the menu.
