This is the beautiful skyline of Shanghai, China. I used a 30 second exposure to completely blur the moving water of the river, and my 24-105mm was set to 28 millimeters. Even though this isn't an extreme wide angle lens, keystoning was a factor. I didn't want the buildings at the far left and far right to be leaning inward, so I angled the Canon body such that the back of the camera (i.e. the plane of the digital sensor) was parallel with the plane of the distant architecture. My other settings were f/32 and 100 ISO. The picture I posted four days ago of Shanghai from the 100th floor observation deck was shot from the building right of center with the cyan-blue lights at the top.
