You probably think this image shows another sky I've replaced, but this is 100% real. On the last day of my Michigan Lighthouse tour we were driving back to Chicago through Milwaukee, and as a rainstorm cleared in the late afternoon we saw an incredibly intense rainbow. What was particularly remarkable is that it lasted for about a half hour. As we pulled up to the beautiful North Point Lighthouse in Milwaukee, the rainbow was still there although it had faded just a little. The only thing I did to this in post-processing was intensify the rainbow back to its original saturation using clarity and vibrance in ACR, and I also straighted the tower. I used a 24mm focal length, and since the camera was angled upward a little, the lighthouse tower keystoned inward. Using Edit > transform > distort, I corrected it. My settings were 1/320, f/8, and 1000 ISO. This was an amazing way to end the photo tour.
