Aerial points of view are among the most compelling perspectives. Shoot subjects from a height whenever possible. I set up this photo of a fisherman casting his net for my photo tour group in Burma, and it turned out to be one of our favorites images. I used the motor drive function to take multiple frames as he cast the net, and my shutter speed was 1/500th of a second, and in the low light (it was just before sunset and the sky was very hazy), I had to raise the ISO to 800. I used a 24-105mm lens wide open at f/4 because depth of field was not an issue, and the large aperture allowed me to use a faster shutter. When all of the elements in a picture are relatively far way, everything will be sharp at any lens aperture.
