I'm in London now en route to Cape Town, South Africa, to begin a photography tour. I took this shot on a previous trip to London. It's the classic scene of Big Ben and the Parliament Building photographed at twilight. I added the moon and the clouds which admittedly are more dramatic than the original sky. I used a 24-105mm lens, and the settings were 1/4, f/9, and 200 ISO. In post-processing, I opened up the shadows in Adobe Camera Raw and intensified the colors a little. If you want to shoot this scene from Westminster Bridge, it's best to do so at dawn when there is virtually no traffic. The bridge vibrates with all the cars and buses that traverse its length constantly throughout the day, making a tripod shot almost impossible.
