This is the interior of Antoni Gaudi's incredible cathedral in Barcelona, Spain. I used a 15mm fisheye lens to shoot downward into a mirrored table that is reflecting the dramatic ceiling above. What is particularly interesting about this picture is that in the original, the vertical columns were angled inward (so they'd converge at the bottom of the frame). This occurred because the back of the camera (i.e. the plane of the digital sensor) was oblique to the plane of the columns. Instead of angling inward at the top of the picture, like they would if I shot upward, they were angled inward at the bottom. Therefore, I used the rectangular marquee tool to make a selection of the top portion of the image. I then chose Edit > transform > distort in Photoshop and dragged the bottom of the area, both left and right, until the columns were verticle. I then cloned the floor in a couple of places to hide that sharp line caused by the change. I also had to clone out a few people. My settings were 1/125, f/3.5, 2000 ISO.
