This incredible classic car is a 1938 Talbot-Lago T-150C-SS Teardrop Coupe. I photographed it in a museum with artificial light, and that's why the background I chose had to be artificial light as well to match the illumination on the car. For this composite, I chose a picture of downtown Chicago with the underside of The Bean forming an arch over the car. The original flooring in the museum was wooden parquet, and I felt that didn't make sense for the implied outdoor shot. So, I used an image of cobblestone from a street in Europe and replaced the parquet. My settings for the picture of the car were 1/50, f/5, and 2000 ISO. I used a 24mm wide angle, and that's why the car has an elongated perspective -- I stood only about four feet from the rear bumper. For the shot of Chicago as seen through The Bean, I used a 14mm lens.
