One of the most awe inspiring works of architecture in Europe is Sainte-Chapelle in Paris. The stained glass windows are unbelievable as is the remarkable detail of the woodwork. For this shot, I used the widest focal length in my arsenal -- the 14mm f/1.8 Sigma -- to encompass as much as I could. The super large lens aperture allowed me to use a fast shutter speed and a relatively low ISO given how dark the room is. I hand held this shot, and my settings were 1/320, f/1.8, 3200 ISO. To underscore the symmetry, I made a point to stand exactly dead-center in the room.
