It's both comical and frustrating to photograph pets. They each have their own personality. Some are easy and cooperative, and some turn into a fuzzy little ball of evil! My great Pyrenees, Princey, is an angel. We can dress him up, put hats on him, and even put a pair of sunglasses on his face and he just goes with the flow. Teddy, the cocker spaniel, has no idea what to do dressed in a sweater and a Santa hat, so he just doesn't move. Nopi, the rescued kitten, also has no idea what's happened to her when she's dressed up, so she also just freezes. Maybe she feels like she's in a straight jacket. But Ming on the far left couldn't stop vociferously protesting. He was fit to be tied. In the end, he gave me a dour expression as his way of making is complaint known to everyone. To make this picture happen, I had to photograph the cats separately, the two dogs together, and then I made a separate image of the bags of presents. Finally, I used a shot of a Christmas tree from my files to complete the 5-frame composite. To select the cats, I used Topaz Mask AI.
