This image shows more of the chaotic insanity of Holi. Some people on the stage throw vast amounts of colored powder on the crowd while others use hoses to get everyone wet. The crowd cheers them on, of course, and screams with delight as they get soaked. It's quite a scene. The person on the load speaker could probably be heard in London. I climbed up on the stage to get this wide angle shot, and of course that made me a perfect target to get powdered and drenched. The Aquatech housing kept my camera dry, but it was the front of the lens I was worried about. I wasn't concerned about getting the corona virus as much as contracting some horrific tropical disease because in Hindu temples, you can't wear shoes. So I and hundreds of other crazy people were walking barefoot on wet, dirty marble floors. After three showers, my toes are still magenta! My settings for this picture were 1/500, f/5.0, and 160 ISO. I used a 24mm focal length for the shot.
