Here is another image from Vietnam. This is the Sapa region in the north of the country famous for its incredible rice terraces. It took centuries for people to carve these mountains into terraces suitable for rice growing using simple hand tools. The incredible graphic lines in conjunction with the rich, green color of the hills make wonderful images. When I was there previously, I didn't have a drone. On the tour I'm leading this coming October, I'll be photographing these stunning terraces from an elevated viewpoint which should truly be visually arresting. My settings for this image were 1/400, f/9, and 800 ISO, and I was shooting with a 135mm focal length. I was grateful for the overcast light.
