Twilight is the best time to shoot cities and architecture. This requires a tripod, of course, because the stable support allows you to use a low ISO for maximum picture quality. However, don’t forget to turn off the image stabilization feature. If you don’t, most lenses will not produce sharp pictures. It’s very easy to forget this, so make a conscious mental note to switch the IS or VR off.
The remarkble structure is the new Garden by the Bay in Singapore. I took the picture with a 24-105mm lens set to 55mm. The aperture was f/6.3, and the exposure time was 3.2 seconds with 200 ISO. My white balance was set to daylight.
