I am designing another itinerary for a photo tour to Scotland, one of my favorite destinations, and no tour to this part of the U.K would be complete without a visit to one of the most remarkable sculptures in the world, The Kelpies, by famed artist Andy Scott. In Scottish folklore, kelpies are shape-changing dangerous water horses. These figures are huge – 100 feet in height – and they are stunning from many angles. For this shot, I used generative fill in Photoshop to eliminate some people at the base of the sculpture plus a railing I didn't like, and then I replaced the sky for drama. Finally, I used the burn tool to darken the foreground to help direct attention to the sculpture. I took the shot with a 90mm focal length on a 24-105mm lens, and the settings were 1/800/ f/13, and 250 ISO.
