This is the unique Armour-Stiner house in Irvington, New York, in the Hudson River Valley. It is the only octagon house in America with a dome. It was built in 1860, and over the past many years it has been faithfully restored to show off the incredible artistry and design that went into this unique home. This is a 7-frame HDR image with one f/stop increments, hand held. Although I would have preferred diffused light, the bright morning sunlight brought out the rich colors. In post-processing, I added some clarity and vibrance which further saturated the color. I used a 16-35mm lens, and the settings were f/5.0, 100 ISO. The shutter speed varied per the HDR sequence.
