I'm in New Jersey now on the western side of the Hudson River about to start a photography tour of the Hudson River Valley. I took this shot of midtown Manhattan last night just after sunset. The mirrored buildings were reflecting the western sky dramatically while at the same time the eastern sky was nicely colored. In post-processing, I added clarity, vibrance, and a little contrast to boost the visual impact. I took the shot with a 24-105mm lens, and the settings were 1/125, f/4.5, and 1000 ISO. I hand held the camera. Manhattan coming alive at twilight is, in my opinion, one of the greatest sights on Earth.

James R Steadman - Spectacular photo. I think this would make a great timelapse video as the sun sets, the city darkens and the lights come on in the buildings.
