This is a composite of a group of eagle hunters in western Mongolia with a landscape taken several miles away from where these men were riding. Note that both the subjects and the background were illuminated by diffused light. When you combine images, it is important to match the lighting or else the final composite won't be believable. If the hunters had been shot in sunrise light, then the mountains would also have to be shot in low angled sunlight. You can interchange sunrise with sunset lighting because both look the same. But it’s a mistake to combine a subject taken in soft and diffused light with a blue sky, for example.
