Sweet dreaming

We are constantly bombarded by bad news in the media. The economy, the border, inflation, crime, corruption, and all the rest of it. So, I wanted to share with you an incredibly heart-warming story, with a happy ending, that happened a few days ago in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. A 2-year old little girl wandered away from her home, and when she couldn't be found the parents called the police. There was a massive search for her using drones, dogs, and scores of people who scoured the woods near the home. At midnight, the little girl was found by someone on an ATV. She had walked, incredibly, 3 miles from home with the two family dogs. When the little girl was found, she was using one of her dogs as a pillow and had fallen asleep while the other dog was right next to her, offering comfort and protection. I love to read about how dogs protect and, in many cases, save human lives. So, inspired by the story, I made this picture in AI.
